Elizabeth Goodwin has campaign and political experience on the local, state, and national levels, notably serving as Deputy Political Director for Hagan for US Senate in 2014, and as Regional Voter Protection Director for the Obama campaign in 2012. After graduating with a BA in Public Policy from UNC-Chapel Hill, Elizabeth attended Wake Forest University School of Law.  Elizabeth is currently employed as Wake Law’s inaugural Employer Relations Coordinator, helping to build a network of legal professionals on behalf of the law school and its students.
Elizabeth is a member of the Democratic Women of Mecklenburg County, and has held leadership roles in the Young Democrats of Mecklenburg County and Young Democrats of North Carolina, including chair of their Women’s Caucus.  She’s a member of several community boards, including Generation Nation, #WTFWeVote, and Carolina Voices.
